
My name is Jetame Poonan, and I’m the founder of The Fitness Hacker. Like many others, I started my journey as a skinny teenager just trying to put on a bit of muscle and confidence. That quickly evolved into something much deeper, a lifelong passion for training, nutrition, health, and the mindset required to push through important challenges.

Over the years, I realized just how powerful (and dangerous) misinformation can be. I created The Fitness Hacker to cut through the noise, to offer both beginners and advanced trainers a place to learn effortlessly about all things fitness and health related.
